Member rate

You may register as member, if you are a paying member of ISPS (either a regional ISPS group or an individual member of ISPS International) at the time of registration for the congress.

Student / pernsioner rate

The student / pensioner rate is available to students with a current enrollment at a university or college, as well as to retirees. After the registration process, you will be asked to upload a verification document in your personal account (e.g. enrollment certificate, retirement ID, etc. The registration becomes valid only after the document has been verified.).

Developing country rate

The developing country rate is only valid for persons with residential adress in a low or middle income country, according to the list of country classification by World Bank Group.

Family member / Lived experience rate

People with Lived experience and family members may receive discounted registration to attend this congress. A person who is obtaining treatment or support for a mental disorder and their immediate family/support members may attend under the reduced rate. Please contact registration@organizers.ch for more information.

Group registration with discount

Group registration with a 20% discount is available to groups with a minimum of 5 delegates. One person will be identified as the group organizer who is responsible for the registration of the attendees and will confirm payment via invoice or credit card for all attendees. This person can contact the registration office at registration@organizers.ch for receiving a discount voucher and for further information.
This discount is only applicable to the early bird fee; registrations after the early bird period are not eligible for the discount. The discount can only be applied prior to registration. For registrations that have already been completed, the discount cannot be applied retroactively. In the event of cancellations within a discounted group registration, the discount will be revoked if the number of participants falls below 5. Any refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Further information

Registration includes and entitles participation in the congress for all three days. Single-day tickets are not available.
Presenters must register for the congress as a delegate.

Amendment and cancellation policy

Amendment
Bookings of additional offers to your already completed registration are free of charge.
Further changes to bookings and partial cancellations of a registration will incur an administration fee of CHF 50.00, in accordance with the cancellation terms and deadlines listed below.

Name change
Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of CHF 25.00 and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking. Registrant substitutions of equal levels (i.e. member to member; or non-member to non-member) will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the Registration Office. Substitution request deadline is July 1st, 2026 via email to registration@organizers.ch. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid.

Double bookings
Double bookings under the same person and e-mail adress can be cancelled and refunded minus the processing fee of CHF 50.00. The participant is responsible for identifying any double booking and informing the registration office accordingly.

Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to registration@organizers.ch and must include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and invoice number. Bank charges for returned shall be borne by the recipient of the credit.

For cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:
Until February 5, 2026: refund of participation fees minus 20%, with a minimum of CHF 50.00
Until May 5, 2026: refund of participation fees minus 50%, with a minimum of CHF 50.00
Starting May 6, 2026: no refund, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged*

*The stated cancellation conditions apply also, and in particular, in the case of illness. No refund or credit will be granted. Participants are free to nominate a replacement person or take out travel cancellation or seminar cancellation insurance at their own expense.

Registration confirmation and congress badge
Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of your online-registration.
We kindly advise to check your junk folder, if you did not receive any confirmation.
Participation confirmations will be sent 1-2 weeks after the congress. After three months following the event, any additional requests to resend confirmation or invoice documents will be subject to an administrative fee of CHF 50.00.
Personal identification badges will be available onsite at the check in stations. Attendees must wear the official congress badge at all times and present it for admission to all ISPS meeting events onsite. To motivate attendees to remember their badge each day, and to minimise the environmental costs of reprints, we require a CHF 15.00 fee for printing replacement badges onsite.
